去年、独立行政法人（公務員から小泉改革で格下げされたところ）を受けたときのこと。

面接官「悪いけど、民間企業経験のある人は雇わないよ」
俺　「どうしてですか？」
面接官「民間経験のない私たちをバカにしそうだから」

なぜ公務員から格下げされたのか分かったような気がしました。
