支払いを求められては、裁判起こして支払いの日を引き延ばしたり
うやむやにしたり、あまつさえはクロスライセンスねらったりとか
してる部分もあるんだろうなぁ

それまでサムソンが残っているかどうか疑問だな
うちの特許料と逸失利益だけでもサムソンの利益が全部吹っ飛ぶぐらいだ

マジ、サムソンに特許許諾したあと金銭払いで揉めると、こっちが提訴する前に
サムソン側から糞特許で提訴される。
で、これ以上裁判長引かせて損失出したくなかったらクロスライセンス結びなって
言われ、糞特許とクロスライセンスして金銭の支払い自体チャラになる。
